Private Pilot License (PPL)

FAA/ Private Pilot License  (PPL)

This ground school program contains the classroom and hangar instruction of the Airplane, Aerodynamics/Theory of Flight, Piston Engine, Air Law, Meteorology, Aviation Weather, Navigation, Flight Planning, Flight maneuvers etc.

Entry Requirements

Age

Language

Medical

Must be at least 17 years old.

Must be able to read, speak, write, and understand English.

Obtain a Medical Certificate from an FAA-authorized

aviation medical examiner.

Ground School

Core Courses

Aerodynamics and Aircraft Performance, Aircraft Systems, Flight Operations, Navigation, Meteorology, FARs, Emergency procedures Etc.

Assessments

Regular progression tests to monitor overall performance of students.

Final  Examination

A comprehensive test covering all ground training topics as well as preparation for the federal Aviation Authority (FAA)'s Private pilot Knowledge Test.

Endorsements

Upon successful completion of Ground Training, receive the necessary endorsements to take the FAA Knowlege Test

Flight School

Core courses

Pre-Flight Preparation, Basic Flight maneuvers, Takeoffs & landings, Navigation, Instrument Training, Emergency procedures, Advanced flight maneuvers, Instructor led Operations, Night Flying Solo Flights Preparation for Checkride. 

Matriculation
Requirements

(Must Complete each section of the core Courses successfully with the minimum hours authorized by the Federal Aviation Authority (FAA). )

Assessments & Certification

The execution of the practical examination (checkride), in the presence of a Federal Aviation Authority (FAA) examiner.  Successful Students will be eligible for a Federal Aviation Authority (FAA) issued Private Pilot Certificate
